What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise the care team (RNs, RPNs, PSWs) to ensure high-quality, compassionate care for residents.
- Lead and innovate with nursing operations, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Act as a key contact point for resident and family concerns.
- Recruit, coach, and develop nursing staff to build a strong and engaged team.
- Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and best practices in long-term care.
- Partner with HR and the DOC to support staff education, training, and performance management.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
✔ 3+ years of nursing experience in long-term care or healthcare.
✔ 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
✔ Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Passion for person-centered care and senior well-being.
✔ Experience with staff education, performance management, and compliance is an asset.

With a current complement of 121 beds and housed within a thriving 13-acre Jewish Community Campus, we provide a wide range of programming and events to meet the diverse needs of our residents, their families, and the larger community that we serve.
