Your Opportunity:Knollcrest Lodge is recruiting for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Casual Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team in Milverton. In this role, you will report to the Director of Resident Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans
• Provide medication and treatment administration, as per scope of RPN
• Conduct routine assessments and monitor residents' health status
• Collaborate with the nursing team and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate documentation of residents' records
• Follow health and safety protocols and maintain a safe environment

Job Requirements:

• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Experience working in health care or long term care setting is considered an asset
• Ability to read and write in English, and understand verbal and written instructions in English
• Extremely strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with other colleagues
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures
