You will be making a difference everyday by providing the highest quality of nursing care to our clients in their community. This includes but not limited to palliative, pediatric, wound care, intravenous therapy, and health teaching chronic disease prevention.
As the primary care planner to your clients, you have the autonomy and flexibility to provide a holistic approach to care while increasing your skills through our comprehensive training, mentorship and preceptorship programs.
Area of Work: We are looking for visiting nurses to support our clients in the North County of Lambton Shores, this is including but not limited to Port Franks, Grand Bend, Forest, Arkona.
Availability: Must be available to see clients 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, available for every other weekend, and added into the on-call rotation.

- RN level nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.
- Current CPR certification required
