As a Registered Practical Nurse in our Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (rTMS) Clinic, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing:
  • Act as a representative for the service
  • Work collaboratively with the Psychiatrist to deliver treatment
  • Be involved from the initial contact to the completion of care including monitoring the development, results and outcomes of the treatment
  • Liaise with the referral source
  • Review patient charts, provide initial screening and direct delivery of treatment
  • Become Homewood's subject matter expert in the rTMS equipment and delivery of service and act as an advocate, ambassador and spokesperson for the therapy

What we're looking for:
  • Current registration as an RPN with the College of Nurses of Ontario, in good standing
  • Training and experience in rTMS would be an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal skills and presentation skills
