MDSearch is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide comprehensive primary care in alignment with our integrative and precision medicine approach. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary
team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized health plans.
Key Responsibilities:
● Deliver comprehensive primary care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, treating, and managing acute and chronic conditions.
● Develop personalized, patient-centered care plans using an integrative approach, incorporating both conventional and complementary treatments.
● Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, naturopaths, and healthcare professionals, to optimize patient care.
● Utilize Precision Medicine, considering patient genetics, environment, lifestyle, and health goals in developing tailored treatment plans.
● Provide lifestyle coaching, focusing on cardiometabolic health, hormone optimization, detoxification, and the use of natural health products.
● Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
● Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes.
The successful Nurse Practitioner (NP) may also support multiple Precision Preventive Programs and Medical Examinations within the Integrated Health Services department at the clinic as required.
Qualifications:
● Registered Nurse Practitioner (NP) licensed to practice in Ontario, Canada.
● Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in a primary care or multidisciplinary setting.
● Experience with Precision Medicine and personalized treatment approaches a plus
● Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with advances in both conventional and integrative medicine.
