Registered Practical Nurse (RPN/RN) - Dialysis

Full-Time positions available for in-home Peritoneal Dialysis and Hemo Dialysis (Training Provided), HCCSS nursing visits
Shifts needed Immediately: Day shifts

Core Competencies:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing
• Experience in Home and Community Care is an asset
• Current BCLS certification (Level C)
• Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
• Demonstrated effective communication skills

Requirements:

• Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
• Valid Driver's License & reliable car
• Up to date TB test within last four years

Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management & Post Operative Care in the community. No prior experience is required, training will be provided.
