Note: This is a specialty program for Peritoneal Dialysis, Wound Care, IV Management & Post Operative Care in the community. No prior experience is required, training will be provided.

Core Competencies:
- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) in good standing
- Experience in Home and Community Care is an asset
- Current BCLS certification (Level C)
- Demonstrated clinical assessment and patient/family teaching skills
- Demonstrated effective communication skills
Requirements:
- Clear & updated Vulnerable Sector Check (within last six months)
- Valid Driver's License & reliable car
- Up to date TB test within last four years
