Your Role:

You will cultivate and create exceptional Fertility and Endocrinology Nurse engagement and act as an expert product and device trainer to clinical nurses and other key stakeholders to drive product adoption and loyalty and improved patient experience. You will identify opportunities/challenges for enhancement of nurse thought leader advocacy and create plans to further develop them and support preparation and drive execution of all product and device launches.

You will develop and execute an annual business plan that advances quality use of our products, enhances nurse advocacy, and fosters achievement of cross functional goals and objectives for clinics. You will play a key role in planning and executing local and national meetings including leading presentations and discussions on product and device training. And You will act as an expert on use and application of our products and devices, support technical training of internal stakeholders.

Location: Field Based - Toronto preferred

Territory: National

Travel: Estimated 30%

Who You are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing/Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience in an IVF centre
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications:

• French bilingual as an asset.
• Experience with health care practitioner educational programming/training and leadership
• Excellent teaching and mentorship skills
• Previous pharmaceutical/biotech experience is an asset.
