Nurse Educator - MEDICINE PROGRAM - CVH

Permanent Full-Time position available

The Nurse Educator is responsible, in collaboration with Program Leadership for the assessment, implementation, planning, evaluation and supportive application of existing and new clinical knowledge and the translation of knowledge to practice.

What must you have?

  • Current certificate of competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario as an RN or RN (EC), in good
  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing is
  • Master's Degree in Nursing or Education (Required or In-progress with completion date within 1 year).
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life
  • Minimum five years of relevant and recent medicine experience is

Preferably, your profile also includes:

  • Peritoneal dialysis experience an asset.
  • National certification in Medical/Surgical Nursing from the Canadian Nurses Association,
  • Member of the Registered Nurses Association of Ontario,
  • Minimum of three to five years of relevant and recent experience as a clinical nurse educator in a medicine setting,
