This position is at the beautiful 64-bed Oneida Long Term Care Home located 15 minutes south west of London, ON.

The successful candidate will use evidence-informed nursing knowledge, skill and judgment and work within the RN scope of practice to provide holistic care. As the In-Charge RN you provide leadership to our dynamic team of registered and non-registered staff members as the day-to-day healthcare activities are carried out. Your work in collaboration with and with the support and guidance of the Administrator/DOC. You ensure the highest level of resident-focused care is maintained.

Requirements:

Show proof of three covid-19 vaccinations
Current Certificate of Competence with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Current CPR Certification
Excellent critical thinking skills
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Provision of excellent resident-focused care
