Current shift requirement - PSW needs to provide 8 hours availability (weekdays M-F) + minimum 8 hours availability on alternate weekends both Saturday and Sunday is a must. Work hour shifts available 7am to 3pm or 2pm to 10pm

Personal Support Worker (PSW)- The Personal Support Worker, under the direction of the immediate Supervisor, provides personal care services to clients and assists clients with the activities of daily living as described in the care plan, and in accordance with all required internal and external standards of practice.

Job Qualification

Must Have Requirements (to be submitted by PSW):

PSW equivalent certificate or Nursing certificate

Police check with Vulnerable Sector Screening VSS or VSC for employment (report should be new or dated within the past 6 months from the potential hiring date)

Recent TB Step 1 (report should be within 3 months from potential hiring date) & Step 2 (report can be of any date) is required upon Hire

If you did a Chest xray then: Chest x-ray is less than 6 months old and individual is asymptomatic

Up to Date First Aid and CPR/AED Level C or Basic Life Support (BLS)

2-3 Professional Employment References

Covid Vaccine- 1st and 2nd Dose

Driver's license with a reliable vehicle is an asset
