Qualifications Required:
- Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current CPR Certificate and IV Initiation Skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Documented commitment to continuing education through inservice, staff meetings and self-motivated learning.
- Experience in Medical/Surgical Nursing within the past 2 years.
- Central Line Management experience.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision making, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Satisfactory Attendance.
- Skilled in good customer relations.
- Commitment to working in a patient focused care environment.
- Commitment to Patient Care & Safety and Service Excellence.
- Satisfactory vulnerable person’s sector criminal background check.
- Must have and provide proof of full COVID-19 immunization (2 or more doses)
