AS A HOME HEALTH REGISTERED NURSE (RN): you willexperience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all Home Care services in the patient's home.

Qualifications

• Have a current PA RN License
• Have a valid PA driver's license and reliable transportation
• Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong teaching skills
• Have ability to work independently and within a multidiscplinary team
• Have ability to pass PA Child Abuse History Clearance
• Have ability to pass Criminal Background Check
• Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
• Be a team player
