Where you'll be working : Waikato Hospital

The details : Full, part-time and casual positions available rostered duties

The surgical inpatient wards at Waikato Hospital have over 200 beds made up of :
  • General surgery / Trauma
  • Orthopaedics
  • Plastics
  • Maxillofacial
  • Neurosurgery

The surgical wards are a fast paced environment caring for both elective and acute patients. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn gain new knowledge and practice in a tertiary level hospital and to advance your nursing skills within a supportive environment.

Required skills & experience you will need to be consider for this role :
  • a current annual practicing certificate
  • excellent time management
  • highly effective communication skills
  • a strong focus on quality
  • previous surgical nursing experience is preferred

Waikato Hospital is the Midland regional referral centre for multiple specialties including trauma surgery, oncology, and neurology.
