Builds and maintains site Health Systems capability through continual assessment of business needs and use of the Health Systems Key Elements audit tool and process to ensure delivery of quality care and services. Collaborates with site leadership and key partners (HS&E, Risk, Fire Chief, HR, Legal, etc.) to ensure appropriate site occupational and wellbeing programs are in place to align with business objectives, mitigate risks and preserve and promote employee wellbeing. Ensures all programs are compliant with country related laws, as well as, P&G medical testing requirements and governance.
The successful candidate will be a skilled clinician, relationship builder, and great communicator, while approaching issues and challenges in a creative and collaborative manner. This individual will be highly organized and able to succeed in a fast paced, frequently changing environment.

Qualifications
- Candidates must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Education or experience in Occupational Health Nursing would be an asset
