Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse for Home Infusions and Injections.

Area: Home visits in Peterborough and Lindsay area.

Experience in community nursing is an asset

Must have a reliable vehicle and current drivers licence

Must be able to travel to patient house within geographical area

Must have experience with venipuncture and IV/IM/SC administration

Qualifications - External

Positions open to Registered Nurses who have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, preferably with a BSN degree, and who hold a current registration with the provincial licensing body.

Must have 3 years' experience in critical care, infusion or oncology setting.

Exceptional peripheral intravenous administration skills, (e.g., PIVs, CVADs and PICCs); Current ACLS and CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.
