What You'll Do:

• Care for a wide range of clients such as acutely ill patients, palliative, pediatric, or geriatric
• Provide nursing support services such as specialized wound care to clients in the comfort of their own home
• Infection prevention is paramount to you and you keep your client safe by ensuring best practices in prevention methods are being followed
• Work one-on-one with each client with more time to focus on their physical, emotional, and safety needs
• Perform extensive nursing practices and procedures in consultation with an interdisciplinary team
• Opportunity to provide direction, and support, to paraprofessional employees (PSWs, HCAs, CHWs, etc.) as appropriate
• Identify and document changes to clients care plans according to company standard of care and provincial legislation.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of client and corporate information.

Job Qualification

What You'll Need:

• Proof of Covid vaccine
• Negative TB test
• Current Registered nursing license in good standing with CNO
• Graduated from an accredited Nursing program
• Must have a valid driver's License and access to a vehicle
• Clear vulnerable sector check
• Excellent assessment, documentation, verbal, and communication skills
