Personal Support Worker

We currently have openings on our Home Support team for a qualified PSW (or equivalent training) in the Kaladar, Sharbot Lake and surrounding areas. In this role you would have scheduled visits in the community where you would help in their home with their activities of daily living. Our home support team play a large part in helping patients remain comfortable and independent in their homes for as long as possible. This important role helps to keep patients out of the hospital and other facilities where they may lack beds. Requirements:

Certification as a Personal Support Worker (PSW) or equivalent training
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
Availability to work a consistent part-time or full-time schedule
Experience in community home care is an asset, but not required
A passion for making a difference in the community
