Job Description:

The Bilingual Nurse Reviewer evaluates and processes class action claims consistent with settlement agreement, court approved protocols and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

* Collects, analyzes and assesses claims information, included but not limited to; review of claim forms and document images, on/off site evidence inspections, class member interaction.
* Makes decisions involving medium to high unit value claims with complex elements including complex settlement agreements/ protocols and/or highly technical source documentation. Class demographics and/or timelines present significant challenges.
* Detailed and accurate recording of claim activities in systems notes and data fields.
* Serve as liaison by answering and expeditiously resolving inquiries. Establish professional relationship with class members and technical resources providers. Generates correspondence and clear reporting.
* Complies with all privacy and confidentiality protocols as set by statute, court order and/or company policy.
* Identifies, resolves and/or escalates complaints appropriately.
* May perform supervisory duties including mentorship, orientation, training and technical support resource to other team members.

Requirements

* Post-Secondary diploma or degree preferred. CIP.
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as claims evaluator. Experience in legal, claims or financial environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and mathematical ability.
* Attention to detail and accuracy.
* Comprehension of legal, medical, and technical documents.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy, maintain control and handle stress effectively.
* Superior PC skills.
