*Qualifications: *
* Registered Nurse with a current certificate of competence with the College of Nurses
* Knowledge of MOH legislation
* Proof of medication administration education/competency
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership ability
* Demonstrated ability to participate and function in a Team environment
* Understanding of and commitment to Resident centered care
* Long-term care experience an asset
* Other related certifications an asset
*Duties and Responsibilities: *
* Dispensing of medication
* Treatment of dressing changes
* Communication with physicians and families
* Supervises and directs on-floor Team Members
* Problem solving complex situation
* Participate in the ongoing assessment of Resident care needs, monitoring and reporting the condition of all Residents
* Follow established duties and job routines outlined in S&R policies and procedures
* Support the principles of Continuous Quality Improvement
* Support both Team and organizational goals
* Report any and all building equipment maintenance issues
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Salary: $34.00-$48.00 per hour
Additional pay:
* Overtime pay
Schedule:
* 12 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
