We currently have a Regular Part-time (0.5 FTE) opportunity for a Registered Nurse on the Veteran's Centre - K2E department at Bayview.
Hours of Work:
Weekdays; Days, Evenings; 8hrs & Alternating Weekends; Days, Evenings; 8 hrs; As per schedule
Statutory Holidays Required
Summary of Duties
The RN is responsible for the total care of a group of residents within a primary nursing care delivery model. The RN supports the Philosophy of Patient-Focused Care concept and principles and the Mission and Values of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre. The RN works closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team.

- Current Ontario Registration
- Current B.C.L.S.
- Patient and family focused care philosophy required
- Previous experience working in a Geriatric setting
- Ability to function in an interdisciplinary setting as a primary nurse
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent assessment skills
- Team-player
- Computer skills required
