As a member of the team, you will
- Make a significant contribution to restoring patients' lives after significant surgery, injury or illness
- Invent the future of rehabilitation
- Have the support of a highly skilled and comprehensive interprofessional team
- Have access to our beautiful, scenic campus and quiet setting in the midst of the city
- A1: Support patients recovering from cardiac and medical conditions, and be a part of one of the GTA's few specialized amputee rehab programs
- A2: Provide specialized care and interventions to patients recovering from significant Trauma, Burns, and complex medical conditions
- A3: Provide specialized recovery interventions to patients who have experienced the impacts of a significant stroke, or need to recover from an oncology or other significant medical event and hospital stay
- A4: Make a difference to help patients recover from a variety of musculoskeletal surgeries / injuries and complex medical conditions
- RTU: Support patients with diverse medical or surgical needs in their recovery journey after their Sunnybrook acute care admission
