Registered practical Nurse

Administer medications and observe and document therapeutic effects, Take vital signs, apply aseptic techniques including sterile dressing, ensure infection control, monitor nutritional intake and collect specimens, Provide education to the safety and health of individuals and their families scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures, Monitor patient progress, evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult the appropriate members of the health care team.
