Paediatric Nurse for One-On-One Community Homecare (RNs and RPNs)

We are looking for awesome, self-driven nurses to assist us with paediatric one-on-one homecare, working with children 0-18 years old throughout the Greater Toronto Area!

Experience with any of the following interventions preferred:

• Trach suctioning
• Ventilators
• G and J tube feeding
• Bi-pap or C-pap
• Cough assist
• Oxygenation
• Seizure monitoring

Shifts

• Between 6-12 hours/ day
• Day and night shifts available

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide personal care to clients as outlined in their care plans.
• Adhere to providing personal care and help clients with their ADLs that is within your scope of practice 
• Assists clients in all activities of daily living/ hygiene assistance, bathing, and medications administration
• Functions within the limits of own experience and knowledge, and practices safely and competently within the job description.
• Completes records and documentations accurately and thoroughly.

Requirements

• Negative TB Test completed within the last year
• CNO Registration
• COVID Vaccination Receipts subject to an exemption pursuant to the Ontario Human Rights Code
• Valid Criminal Record Check - must be completed within the last year.
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
• Ability to identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
