Promyse Home Care is looking for caring, competent and qualified Personal Support Worker(s) to provide support for our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. Often requires you to be available for most of the day and week.
Preferably someone who can cover short morning/afternoon shifts. 1-3hours (shorter shifts). Ideal candidate will be patient and friendly with good interpersonal skills and can perform variety of tasks to support clients.

In order to provide premium care to all of our client, all candidates must be willing and able to:
Provide Personal Care
Cook (Prepare meals based on the client care plan)
Home support
Appointment accompaniment

Job Qualifications/Requirement:

Must be living in Ontario Canada, preferably near in the following locations:
-Kitchener/Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph ( -Elmira, S. Jacobs, Ayr, Baden, etc.)
Certified Personal Support Worker (PSW) and has certification OR Health Care Aid (HCA) certification OR internationally educated nurse or equivalent educational and professional experience is a MUST.
COVID vaccination (Completely vaccinated - 2 doses)
Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Check (completed within the last 6 months)
Current CPR Training
Negative TB test or Chest X-Ray
Strong verbal and written English language skills
Personal cell phone with a mobile data plan.
Must have reliable transportation, preferably your own vehicle.
Willing to visit 1-3 clients locations/day
Minimum 2 years work experience providing seniors or disabled adults with care
