ConnectWell Community Health is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) for 3 days per week plus relief. Evening availability is required.

Position Summary:

The Primary Care Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) promotes the health of individuals, families and the community we serve. The Primary Care RPN is an important member of the inter-professional care team and practices nursing within a team environment to their full scope of practice. A RPN works in stable circumstances where there is predictability in the client's care requirements and health outcomes, and where there is a limited risk for negative outcomes associated with the nursing care provided.
