Position Profile

We are looking for passionate Registered Nurses who share our values of Compassion , Professionalism and Respect to apply for our New Graduate opportunities. Our New Graduate Registered Nurses will work as a members of Nursing Resource Team and will be provided with training to cover all Medicine and Surgical Inpatient Units.

A skills, competency, values and evidence-based learning pathway will be one of the many tools available to the New Graduates at Humber River Hospital. The New Graduates will participate in a comprehensive orientation program which takes into consideration the individual learning style of the nurse to ensure it meets their learning needs. Classroom, e-learning, hands-on, simulation and other tools will be used to deliver the high-quality, safe patient care practiced at Humber. Regular check-ins and mentorship with the Clinical Practice Leader and other members of the interprofessional team. Simply put, our learning plans are designed to help our nurses achieve excellence in patient care by being a high reliability organization.

Hiring Salary Range: $34.24 - 49.020

Location: Wilson, Finch and/or Church site
