- Provide socialization, conversation and emotional reassurance to the client
- Encourage participation in activities that stimulate and promote well-being and continued independence
- Assist with personal care such as hygiene, grooming and basic care
- PSW certificate
- Compassionate with a passion for helping others
- Prior care giving experience with Dementia clients
- Experience working with seniors in their home
- Ability to interact with others in a caring, tactful and courteous manner
