Job Summary

The Manager will identify academic resources and gaps and set deliverables across annual timelines during each academic cycle. Works with the Assistant Dean and team members to execute the vision of nursing clinical placements for undergraduate and graduate programs to ensure a student-centred approach. This role manages 1-2 team members.

Qualifications

 

Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience. 1-2 years in a health care setting required.

Relevant areas of experience include:

  • Managing schedules or assigning work in a health care setting.
  • Experience leading professional teams (health professional or academic teams preferred).
  • Experience with nursing and interprofessional teams.
  • Experience with hiring or recruitment functions.
  • Experience with health sciences educational programs preferred.
