Our client a leader in the Automotive Industry is currently seeking a Occupational Health Nurse for the Ingersoll Ontario location. The details are as follows:
Major Duties and Responsibilities
The major duties of the Occupational Health Nurse position:
• Provision of first aid and medical treatments
• Communicating safety concerns to the appropriate managers

• Provision of first aid and medical treatments
• Communicating safety concerns to the appropriate managers
• Keeping up to date with legal and professional changes associated with occupational health and safety
Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications.
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated leadership skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to self-manage multiple issues/projects effectively
• Strong understanding of all relevant legislation so as to ensure organizational compliance
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate
Work Experience and/or Educational Requirements
Minimum
Degree/Diploma in a related field and two years experience in an organizational health related role
Preferred
Baccalaureate of Nursing Degree and three to five years proven experience in an occupational health role
