The successful candidate is a graduate of an accredited RNFA Program, possessing current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario and five years’ experience working in a Surgical Suite. The successful candidate will also have O.R. post-graduate certification/experience and P.A.C.U. certification/experience. Current BLS Certification, A.C.L.S. and I.V. certification is also required. C.N.A. Perioperative Certification and Neonatal Advanced Life Support Certification are assets. The position requires providing services at both hospital sites while being available for call-back coverage.
