Bayview Family Practice is a four physician office located in midtown Toronto. We serve 6000 patients and provide after hours care as part of a Family Health Organization. 

Our vision is to provide enhanced primary health care services to patients while supporting our health care providers and staff. Bayview Family Practice is associated with the Department of Family and Community Medicine at the University of Toronto and our physicians hold privileges at Sunnybrook and Women's College Hospitals.
